Instead, Synold & Associates focuses its efforts on reviewing and drafting estate plans based on our clients’ specific financial and familial situation. Additionally, all estate plans are created to avoid any unintended consequences so that our clients know that their wishes will be carried out as they intended. Synold & Associates serves as the administrator of estates and as the attorney for administrators and executors. When serving as administrator, Synold & Associates manages the entire probate process from filing the initial petition to distributing assets to the beneficiaries. When representing the executor and/or administrator, Synold & Associates guides the fiduciary through every step of the probate process including drafting petitions, marshaling assets, liquidating assets, distributions and litigation (if necessary).
Synold & Associates represents beneficiaries of probate estates and trusts. Synold & Associates ensures that its clients receive everything they are entitled to under the probate code, international treaties, trust instrument and/or will. Should an issue arise regarding the acknowledgement of a beneficiary, fiduciary malfeasance and/or distribution composition, Synold & Associates will negotiate an efficient and beneficial resolution or litigate the matter. Synold & Associates has had great success negotiating and resolving probate and trust conflicts in a manner that resolves the conflict while preserving relationships.
Trusts
Synold & Associates represents trustees and beneficiaries of trusts. Synold & Associates provides its fiduciary clients with unparalleled service to ensure that its clients marshal and distribute assets in an efficient manner consistent with the probate code and the trust instrument. With regard to its beneficiary clients, Synold & Associates works with trustees to secure its clients a distribution that is consistent with the probate code and the trust instrument and satisfies their sentimental goals and wishes.
